Christmas is a time of giving while we celebrate Christ’s birth, so this month our church wanted to ensure we made life easier for our members and the community, and this is how….
Kingdom Distributors Outreach Ministry Blessed Children with Christmas Gifts
In addition to our Self-Care Workshops that were requested for Outreach due to the stress of the Covid-19 pandemic and shifts, we also decided to transition our Annual Angel Tree giving program. As some of you may know we identified some families in the community that were in need for this Holiday season and we were able to help out these families. Next Generation Academy (NGA) is the newest Charter school in the 27406 zone in Greensboro, NC currently serving grades K – 4th and add a new grade level each year. Our very own member, Sis LaBrenda had the honor of chairing the NGA Eagle Angels Committee this year and identified a need for some of their students and reached out to ALCI and Pastor and the Outreach Ministry members and loved ones were able to act fast to sponsor these families.
We sponsored over 8 families and 15 children with everything from clothing and baby items to games and sports equipment Thank you to all of you who acted fast and donated to this cause. Gifts were delivered to the door of each student.

**NEW** S.A.L.T. Ministry Puts a Smile on Senior’s Faces for the Holidays!
For our first adventure ,we partnered with the Kingdom Distributors Outreach Ministry to provide 19 gift bags to the senior members of our church. It was successful and we believe it is rewarding.
Ministry Purpose: The purpose of the group is to provide leadership and guidance for the seasoned church members aged sixty years and older. Our aim to be a relevant part of the church ministry providing guidance wherever we are needed in the ministry. Responsibilities of the groups are to call the senior members 60 years and older and follow-up with any needs they may have, to send birthday and get-well cards as appropriate, to provide monthly activities for the senior adults when applicable due to COVID, and to provide access phone numbers for senior in need of transportation for appointments and church activities.
